Tim Sharp co-founded NuWave Industries in 2010 and has over 27 years of experience in the O&G services industry. Prior to NuWave, Mr. Sharp co-founded T&T Oilfield Services in 2002. Mr. Sharp began his career on a surveying crew new Fox Creek, Alberta, and went on to earn his Grade “B” Pressure Welder Certificate from the Alberta Boilers Safety Association (ABSA). Mr. Sharp was endorsed by the Red Seal Program in 1993. Mr. Sharp leads NuWave’s business development efforts, both in Canada and Internationally and continues to assist with new technology development and testing.

Troy Illingworth co-founded NuWave Industries in 2010 and has over 27 years of experience in the O&G services industry. Prior to NuWave, Mr. Illingworth co-founded T&T Oilfield Services in 2002. Mr. Illingworth began his career as a welders helper and went on to earn his Grade “B” Pressure Welder Certificate from the Alberta Boilers Safety Association (ABSA). Mr. Illingworth was endorsed by the Red Seal Program in 1993. Mr. Illingworth heads NuWave’s Canadian Operations as well as leads NuWave’s ongoing research and development into new tools and technologies.

TROY ILLINGWORTH
Kade Demuth currently serves as NuWave’s Executive Director. Previously, he served as NuWave’s CEO from February 2017 until April 2019. Mr. Demuth has over 26 years of experience in the O&G industry, during which he has founded several successful companies in the O&G equipment and services space. In 1993, Mr. Demuth started Tri-Central Hydro Trenching Inc., based in Lloydminster. Mr. Demuth also founded K-Tec Construction in 1997. K-Tec was renamed to Timberline Industries Inc., which merged to become SITE Energy Services Ltd. Mr. Demuth served as Vice President, North Division of SITE Energy Services for a five-year period.
